Somewhere along the way, many of us became experts at rehearsing difficulty.
But what if there were another way to meet life?
This Sunday at the Center, Dr. Edward will explore the Zen invitation to “rest in openness.” Drawing from Buddhism, metaphysics, personal stories, humor, and contemplative practice, the message will explore how openness changes the way we relate to uncertainty, relationships, creativity, disappointment, and even ourselves.
Along the way we will reflect on simple yet challenging questions:
What if life is not finished surprising us?
What if clarity becomes easier to notice when we stop commenting on everything?
What if kindness grows naturally when we remember our connectedness?
What if presence itself is a spiritual practice?
These teachings are approached through the lens of Science of Mind and the wider spiritual vision of our Center, where wisdom is welcomed from many traditions with curiosity, humility, and discernment.
Join us Sunday at the Center for Spiritual Living Santa Rosa, in person or on our YouTube channel, at 9:00 and 11:00 am.
